So Far

So far in our program we've been doing all the design portions to our program. I cant say i've minded starting out that way verses starting with a bunch or coding and what not, which could have changed my view of the course. As of now i enjoy the creation part but am interested to see how the programming happens. I can see myself sticking more with the creation portion of this course rather than the coding just because the creation aspect is much more appealing to my personality. Like i said though this is all brand new for me so you never know, coding could just click with me and i could love it. Until then ill just take the program as it comes, and try and be a sponge like as possible and focus on the retaining information.

What's to come?

Coming into this course i'm really looking forward to the design portions rather than the technical portions. Either way i'm coming in blind as they may say because i don't have really any background in design or coding. I look forward to being able to learn how to create things from scratch and hopefully will trigger some of my inner creativity. As for the coding i'm excited for that since it will be completely new to me, but i know to stand out and market myself you need to be well rounded. Close to the end of this course we will see which part comes easiest for me. If not its all about self improvement, keep on upgrading yourself and constantly be learning. I don't think anyone can know where they will be in 2 years with this career path. There seem to be many different options, which can make it very exciting for someone just getting the game like myself.
